1. Service Agreement

Garden Maintenance: Regular upkeep including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
Landscape Design: Customized garden design tailored to your preferences.
Planting Services: Selection and planting of suitable flora for your garden.
Seasonal Clean-Up: Preparing your garden for different seasons with appropriate cleaning and maintenance.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Invoices will be issued upon completion of services, and payment is due within 30 days.

Methods of Payment: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue accounts.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee: A fee equivalent to 10% of the scheduled service cost will be applied for late cancellations.
Rescheduling: We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Gardening Hounslow is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of our services, unless caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct.

Property Damage: Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service completion.
Personal Injury: We advise clients to ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear instructions and access to the property. Cooperation ensures the efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Access to Property: Ensure that our team has the necessary access during scheduled service times.
Communication: Promptly communicate any changes or specific requirements regarding the services.

6. Changes to Terms

Gardening Hounslow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Data Protection: We adhere to all relevant data protection laws to safeguard your information.
Confidentiality: All client interactions and information are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Force Majeure

Gardening Hounslow is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental regulations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Termination does not absolve the client from settling any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials produced by Gardening Hounslow remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use the content for personal purposes only.

Usage Restrictions: Reproduction or distribution of our materials without prior consent is prohibited.
Ownership: All original designs and materials are owned by Gardening Hounslow.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Gardening Hounslow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services, except where such claims are due to our negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Hounslow, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

15. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.
